1. Select the template of your choice.
2. Fill in requested information.
3. Click “Create PDF”, preview your card and download your PDF ad.
   (To view and use the files, you will need the free Acrobat Reader, which you can easily download. Once you’ve downloaded the Reader, it will start automatically whenever you want to look at a PDF file.)

Now you have an ad that is ready to go to the publication you are advertising in.

What if the ad I want is a different size?
Your publication can resize the ad to their specific layout if necessary. Pick the size that is closest to what you need and call your publication for more information.

How do I get my ad to the publication?

1. Create your PDF ad by following the steps above.
2. Download the PDF ad to your desktop.
3. Attach the PDF to an email and send it to Signet Armorlite for approval.
4. Once the ad is approved, send your PDF ad to the publication you are advertising in. The publication will have specific instructions for how they would like you to send your ad. Some of the most common methods for delivery are: Email, FTP or Mail (putting the PDF ad on a CD and mailing the CD to the publications address).

Ad Approval and Email Instructions
You must send your ad to Signet Armorlite for approval before sending to your publication. If the file generated is too large to email, please download the ad, print out a copy and fax to Signet Armorlite at 1-760-471-6255 attention: Ad Approval.

If you email your ad, please send it to: mfeeler@signetarmorlite.com for approval.

Preview Instructions

• To make changes to your ad from the preview window, click the back button twice on your browser window and fill out the form again.
• To save the ad out of the preview window, click on the “Save A Copy” button. This button looks like a blue floppy disk and is the first button in the toolbar starting at the left.
• To go back to the previous page, click the back button once on your browser window.

Download Instructions
There are two ways you can download your ad:
1: Click on the Download link. A dialog box will open and ask you if you want to open or save this file. Choose save and save the file to your computer’s desktop.
2: Right click on the link “download” and choose Save Target As. Save the file to your computer’s desktop.
